Has anyone else been watching the new release series 1 DVD of Stingers?  I was very amused by the episode about the bikie gang printing counterfeit $100 notes.  They've spent thousands getting the best equipment and materials and kipnapped Mac, who's supposed to be and expert digital artist. So what program is she using in this highly sophisticated fraud?  Microsoft Paint.

For 15-year-old Steve Henderson and his 13-year-old sister Tamara, city life comes to an end when their mother is killed in a road accident. Their parents divorced, their father's whereabouts unknown, the kids go to live in the country with their uncle, Mike Henderson, in a small fishing and timber milling town called Haven Bay.

The town is in bitter confrontation between mill workers and a property owner, Ashley Wheeler. Both, Steve and Tamara find an enemy in Wheeler. He wants the point-and he'll resort to any trickery to get it. This becomes even more complicated when Steve finds the girl of his affections is Wheeler's daughter.

They quickly learn that country life is not easy. Steve in particular resents being uprooted from the city to live in a "dump" like Haven Bay. Gradually they make friends-firm friends-with Cowboy and his gang. They share their adventures and schemes, their triumphs and disappointments, and eventually they learn to love the country.

Hello All,

I don't know if anyones heard about the 'Australia's Biggest Tv Fan' competition thats been running in TV Week for the last month or so, but I was chosen as a finalist and I am running in the magazine this week.

I run All Saints 4eva and just love Aussie Dramas in general. As well as Greys Anatomy, and my current biggest obsession The L Word (has been for past 3 yrs but was not able to be mentioned in the essay due to Parentals not realising I watch it)

You can see some more pics on my blog

Anyway, Please, if you get the time Vote for me (Nikki Dawson) here HERE

Thanks So Much and sorry it's so OT.

Love Nikki

I apologise if you've seen this already.

The Getup! campaign is aiming to secure proper funding for the ABC.

According to this Sydney Morning Herald article, they've already presented the petition to Peter Costello - and yet people still seem to be signing it. Please check it out.

Hey, been a member for a while, but haven't posted. I had a chance to rent vol.1 and 2 of Love My Way over the weekend just to see what the fuss was about [i don't have foxtel :(]...i thought it started off slow but ep.4 it got better. i am going to have to rent the others!

A random question, is there any other aussie shows you'd like to see released on DVD, if they haven't already?
